型腔模具零件的MasterCAM高速铣削参数设置关键技术 被引量:1

摘要 分析高速铣削的加工机制及其应用领域,深入研究Master CAM X6软件的高速铣削模块功能,以典型型腔模具零件为载体,设置其高速铣削挖槽粗加工参数、高速铣削等高外形精加工参数。对高速铣削刀具路径进行实体模拟仿真加工,选用UCP600机床进行高速铣削加工。经检验,该零件的质量合格,高速铣削的参数设置比较合理。 The processing mechanism and application field of high speed milling were analyzed. The high speed milling module of Master CAM X6 software was studied further. Taking a typical cavity mould part as example,its high-speed milling excavated rough machining parameters and high speed milling contour shape finishing parameters were set. For high speed milling tool path,entities simulation process was done and high speed milling was completed with UCP600 machine tools. Through examination,the part is qualified,the set high speed milling parameters are reasonable.
