一种新型组合式电机轴承的设计

摘要 对于电机来说,转子轴轴承十分重要,其性能和寿命直接影响电机的性能和寿命;同时提高轴承及其组件的安装质量也是保证电机稳定可靠运行的重要方面。介绍一种结构简单的轴承结构,不仅能保证轴承适应电机的特殊工况,且有较大的调心性能,能承受较大的轴向载荷,同时又方便于装配,可以大幅度提高电机的使用寿命。 The bearings on rotor are very important for motor which performance and life will affect the motor performance and life directly. Meanwhile,it is also very important to improve the assembly quality for bearing and its related parts in motor for keeping motor running steadily. A new type of combined bearing was introduced. It had good performance in motor with bigger self-alignment and bigger axial load carrying capability. This design also showed great convenience for assembly. The motor life can be greatly improved by applying this innovative design.
