降转速大能容液力变矩器的研发

摘要 针对降转速发动机降油耗的特点研发了与之匹配的降转速大能容液力变矩器,利用CATIA建模、ANSYS进行叶栅的流场分析及修正、快速成型(RP)进行快速试制,并进行了实验验证。结果表明:此类方法周期短、难度低、成本大为降低,搭载所研制出的YJSW315-8A和YJZ340这两款变矩器的装载机比未搭载该型号变矩器的节油均达到10%以上。 According to the characteristics of lower fuel consumption of low speed engine,torque converters with lower speed and high-capacity were developed. CATIA was used to model by applying similar principles. Flow field analysis and modification were done with ANSYS. Rapid prototyping( RP) manufacturing technology was used for trial manufacture. And experiments were conducted in laboratory. The results show that loader matched with the two kinds of torque converters( YJSW315-8A and YJZ340) can save 10% or more diesel than that matched with conventional torque converters,and manufacturing cycle is shortened,manufacturing difficulty and cost are decreased.
