摘要
配气环是高速机床电主轴轴承冷却的核心部件,在线测量其润滑油雾的对流换热系数必须破坏主轴,安装速度传感器对主轴润滑油雾进行测速然后再计算获得相关数据。提出一种基于Fluent流体仿真的无损伤油雾对流换热系数计算方法,对电主轴热场分析控制研究具有重要的意义,也为同类问题的解决提供了理论依据。
Cooling gas distribution ring is the core component of high-speed machine tool spindle bearing cooling. When measuring convective heat transfer coefficient of the oil mist on line,the spindle must be destroyed,the speed sensor is installed to obtain the speed of oil mist and then the data are gotten. A kind of no-damage calculation method based on fluid simulation Fluent was put forward to get the convective heat transfer coefficient of oil mist. It has vital significance on the thermal field analysis of motorized spindle research,also it provides a theoretical basis for similar problem.
