真空脱气塔中喷淋雾化结构的设计与分析

摘要 在国内外滤油脱气设备的基础上设计一种高效的喷淋雾化结构,选择合适的喷嘴并通过相邻喷嘴间的雾化干涉分析及喷嘴个数的计算,合理分配喷嘴间的距离。利用FLUENT软件模拟喷嘴的喷射雾化情况,比较不同压力下的喷射雾化效果,经过计算分析得到压力为1.5 MPa时喷射效果最佳。这种喷淋雾化结构大大缩短了油液在脱气塔内的滞空时间,提高了喷射效率,得到广泛的工程应用。 On the basis of the filter oil degassing equipment at home and abroad,a kind of highly efficient spray atomization structure was designed. Some appropriate nozzles were chosen and the distances between them were distributed reasonably through the analysis of the atomization interference between adjacent nozzles. By using FLUENT software,the situation of the jet nozzle was simulated. At the same time,through calculation and analysis,when pressure was 1. 5 MPa,injection effect was best. Using this kind of structure,the time of oil in the aloft of the degassing tower is shortened greatly and the injection efficiency is improved. So it has been widely used in engineering applications.
