摘要
简单介绍了曲轴回转半径的常规专用检具检测方法,详细介绍所开发的专用数控检测仪检测方法,并从检测原理、数据读取和误差分析三方面对比两者的区别。根据分析得出结论:数控检测在结构、数据读取方面优势明显;误差分析方面,根据结构推导出不同的计算公式。
Conventional special test method about gyroradius of the crankshaft was simply introduced and special NC detector test method was detailed introduced. The differences between the two methods were compared from three aspects: detection principle,data reading and error analysis. According to the analysis,the conclusions are: NC test has obvious advantages in structure and data reading; different formulas were deduced in error analysis.
