摘要
结合生产加工的实际情况,分析了原深孔加工机床控制系统存在的缺陷,并根据用户的需求提出了一种高自动化的控制与检测方案。系统主要由PLC、触摸屏、变频器、伺服驱动组成,可实现主轴的无级调速和刀具进给速度、进给深度的任意控制,最大程度上保证了加工工艺的灵活性。同时,切削参数监控功能在提高加工精度与效率的同时,保证了加工质量,降低了废品率。
Combining with actual situation of production and processing,the original machine tool control system defects were analyzed. According to the needs of users,a high automatic control and detection scheme was presented. The system was mainly composed by PLC,touch screen,inverter,servo drives,and the stepless speed regulation of spindle and tool feed speed,feed depth arbitrary control could be realized,so flexibility of the machining process could be ensured to the maximum extent. At the same time,cutting parameter monitoring function could be used to improve machining precision and efficiency,to ensure the machining quality,reduce waste product rate.
