摘要
借鉴压差检测原理,针对任意开启状态下的瓶阀进行泄漏检测装置的设计,实现定量检测任意开启状态下的瓶阀气密性泄漏量,检测精度高,检测周期短且能实现自动化。
Based on the principle of the differential pressure detecting,aiming at the cylinder valve under arbitrary open state,a leak detection device was designed to achieve quantitative detection of any tightness leakag. The detection device has high detection accuracy,short detection cycle and the detection process can be realized automated.
