摘要 目的:研究老年人冬季运动心肺生理指标参数变化情况,进行定量分析,为指导老年人冬季运动锻炼和身体健康指标恢复治疗提供参考。方法:研究对象为市老年人冬季运动协会组织的1024例冬季运动爱好者,对于所有的测定结果,分析不同年龄段进行冬季运动跟踪训练与测试。结果:对照组CG2的最大摄氧量VO2max,O2Pmax,METSmax与其它两组具有显著性差异,对于测试组TG,其LOADmax对比与P<0.05和P<0.01。结论:通过冬季运动,能改善老年人的肺功能指标参量,改善老年人的健康状态。 Objective: to study the old winter sports heart-lung physiological parameters and quantitative analysis, to guide the elderly winter sports exercise and recovery health indicators to provide the reference. Methods: the object of study for1024 cases of the association of the old winter sports organizations winter sports enthusiasts, for all the determination results, analysis of different ages for tracking winter sports training and testing. Results: control group in CG2 vo2 Max VO2 max, O2 Pmax, METSmax with other two groups have significant differences, for test group TG, the LOADmax contrast and P 0.05 and P 0.01. Conclusion: through the winter sports, can improve the elderly pulmonary function index parameter, improve the health status of the elderly.
