摘要
DVD激光头中,音圈电机驱动物镜位移,同时也受到弹性恢复力以保持平衡,故音圈电机具有迟滞效应,音圈电机的迟滞效应会影响DVD激光头的线性感测范围。本文采取补偿控制电路对聚焦误差信号进行幅度补偿和相位补偿,以来增大聚焦误差信号的增益和相位裕度,提高DVD激光头的感测范围和系统的稳定性。文中提出补偿控制电路模型,将输入信号在原系统的基础上增益提高了10 d B,相位超前了17°。
The Voice Coil Motor(VCM) of a DVD(Digital Versatile Disc) drives objective lens to move,which it is subject to spring restoring force to keep balance. Based on the above reason, the VCM has hysteresis effect,which can affect the linearity measure range of the DVD laser head. In this paper, a compensation control circuit is used to compensate the amplitude and the phase of the focus error signal(FES), which can enhance the gain and phase margin of the FES, and enlarge the measure range of the DVD head and enhance the system stability. The model put forward in this paper can increase the gain of 10 d B and leading phase 17°than the original system.
