非活性人细胞依赖型血型抗原的研究及应用

摘要 长期以来,在医学临床常规的血型抗体检测工作中存在抗原缺乏的困难,由于对活性细胞的依赖,使得血型相容性检测技术落后于临床上同种异型免疫性疾病的诊断、治疗的需求[1]。近年来人们已经对绝大多数血型抗原编码基因、抗原分子以及抗原载体的组成和结构等都有了十分清楚的认识,不依赖活性人血液细胞的血型抗原的研究成为血液免疫学领域的重点研究方向之一,目前主要研究项目有:1重组表达血型抗原;2化学合成血型抗原多肽;3适配体技术筛选的血型模拟抗原;4纳米磁珠细胞膜抗原等。
