摘要
目的:评价中医综合治疗方案治疗慢性紧张型头痛(CTTH)气血亏虚候的临床疗效及对生存质量的影响。方法:将80例CTTH患者采用析因设计的研究方法随机分为一般治疗组、针刺组(针刺+一般治疗)、中药组(中药+一般治疗)和中医综合治疗组(中药+针刺+一般治疗),观察患者总有效率及世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表(WHOQOLBREF)评分。结果:一般治疗组、针刺组、中药组、针刺中药组总有效率分别为40.00%、70.00%、70.00%、80.00%;治疗后WHOQOL-BREF评分生理领域、心理领域评分与治疗前相比P<0.05。结论:中医综合治疗方案可明显改善患者生理领域、心理领域的生存质量。
Objective：To evaluate the curative effect of comprehensive traditional Chinese medicine therapy on quality of life of pa-tients with qi-blood depletion syndrome of chronic tension type headache.Methods：In factorial design, 80 patients with tension-type headache with qi-blood depletion syndrome were divided into non-medicine therapy group, acupuncture treatment group, tra-ditional Chinese medicine group and comprehensive therapy group randomly.The total effective rate and the WHOQOL-BREF score were observed.Results：The total effective rates of the non-medicine therapy group, acupuncture treatment group, traditional Chinese medicine group and comprehensive therapy group were 40.00%, 70.00%, 70.00%and 80.00%.After treatment, the WHOQOL-BREF score of psychological field and physical field were improved significantly（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Comprehen-sive Chinese medicine therapy can improve quality of life of patients with the qi-blood depletion syndrome of chronic tension-type headache.
