基于形神一体观构建尘肺稳定期综合性康复方案的思路和方法

Ideas and Methods of Constructing Comprehensive Rehabilitation Protocol at Stable Phase of Pneumoconiosis Based on Body and Spirit Concept Theory

形神一体观是中医学的重要学术思想之一,文章基于中医形神一体观理论,以稳定或控制尘肺病变的进展,提高患者的生活质量为目标,探讨尘肺综合性康复方案的构建。该方案运用"四诊合参"的诊断方法,采用"形神并治"的康复手段和"形神合一"疗效评价系统。这种结合现代医学模式将形神一体观理念贯穿于尘肺康复诊疗的各个环节的研究思路和方法,突破"形"的局限,对尘肺病的诊断、治疗、预后、养生康复等均具有重要的临床意义和现代价值。

The view of the unity of body and spirit is one of the most important academic notions of traditional Chinese medicine. This paper is based on body and spirit concept theory of TCM, with the goal of controlling the worsening of the state of disease, and improving the quality of patients’life, to discuss the construction of comprehensive treatment for stable phase of pneumoconiosis.It uses the Four Diagnostic method, paying attention to both the body and spirit in the treatment of the disease and integrating phy-sique and spirit in the therapeutic efficiency evaluation system.Integrating modern medicine pattern, the idea of body and spirit concept theory runs through every link in the comprehensive treatment of pneumoconiosis.It breaks through the limitation of body, and is of great clinic importance and modern value to the diagnosis, treatment, prognosis, and health care and rehabilitation of pneumoconiosis.
