营养指导对预防妊娠期贫血的价值分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨孕妇进行早期营养指导对预防妊娠期贫血及母儿并发症发生的价值。方法将120例无合并症的孕妇给予合理营养指导,同时将孕28周开始给予琥珀酸亚铁片0.2 g/d直到分娩的孕妇作为观察组,将150例相同条件的孕妇不给予任何干预作为对照组。比较两组孕妇妊娠期贫血发生率,以及由贫血引起的妊娠期并发症的发病率。结果观察组与对照组的贫血发生率分别为9.2%和54.7%;两组妊娠期并发症发病率分别为7.5%和31.3%;两组孕妇产后出血发生率分别为1.7%和4.7%;两组新生儿死亡率分别为0%和1.33%;在新生儿急救的评价中,观察组高于对照组;以上各项差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论孕妇进行合理营养指导和适量补充铁剂对减少妊娠期贫血有积极的作用,能够帮助孕妇顺利分娩,减少母儿并发症的发生。 Objective To investigate the value of early nutritional guidance on preventing gestational anemia and gestational complications.Methods One hundred and twenty pregnant women without complications in observation group were given nutritional guidance,and ferrous succinate tablets 0.2 g / d was given at the beginning of the 28 th week of gestation until delivery.One hundred and fifty pregnant women with the same condition in the control group were not given any intervention.The incidence of anemia in pregnancy and the incidence of complications during pregnancy caused by anemia was compared.Results The incidence of anemia was 9.2% and 54.7% in observation group and control group.The incidence of gestational complication was 7.5% and 31.3% respectively.The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage was 1.7% and 4.7% respectively.The incidence of neonatal mortality was 0% and 1.33%.In the evaluation of neonatal emergency,that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group; The above differences were all statistically significant(P 〈0.05).Conclusion Reasonable nutrition guidance and appropriate complement of iron agent have positive effect on the reduction of gestational anemia,which can help delivery of pregnant woman and reduce the complications.
