Barrett's食管与食管腺癌的关系 被引量:3

摘要 Barrett's食管是指食管下段复层鳞状上皮被化生的单层柱状上皮所代替的病理现象,是明确的癌前病变,高度异型增生是进展为食管腺癌的关键.食管腺癌的发病率逐年上升[1].食管腺癌的恶性程度较高,临床上有手术、内镜消融、放疗等治疗措施[2],但发生转化后治疗效果仍不理想.因此,防癌方案前移已成为防治食管腺癌的重要措施[3].我们对Barrett's食管患者进行了5年的随访,观察食管腺癌的发生率.
