Patent Information Analysis of Separator for Lithium Ion Battery

为了解锂离子电池隔膜的研发现状以及相关企业在中国的专利保护布局情况,从专利申请的视角对锂离子电池隔膜技术发展现状做了分析。从专利申请总体状况、申请趋势、主要申请人、专利申请法律状态、主要技术领域等方面作了统计分析。分析结果表明,近几年锂离子电池隔膜专利申请量增长较快,国内申请量大于国外申请量,但大部分的主要申请人为国外申请人。

In order to review the research and development trend of separator for lithium ion battery and the pa- tent protection layout of related corporations in China, the development status of separator for lithium ion battery is analyzed from the view of patent applicatioru Statistic data are analyzed based on general status of patent applicaton, application trend, major applicants, legal status, main technical fields. The analysis results show that patent applications on separator for lithium ion battery increased rapidly in recent years, and the domestic applications are more than foreign applications. However most of the major applicants are foreign applicants.
