Study of Press-fit Welding Component for Connecting Clutch Hub With Stem Gear and Its Application Method

The paper proposed a press-fit welding component and an application method of using this component to join clutch hub and stem gear. The study result confirmed that this component and the application method could not only effectively solve the deformation after press-fit joining the clutch hub and stem gear,but also control the deformation. Then the purpose that improve the weld quality was achieved. The structure of the press-fit welding component is novel and simple,and the using method is unique and easily,and which has been applied wildly,received good results,and declared a national invention patent.
