摘要
中外合作办学的开展使我国的大学教育在办学理念、办学体制、才培养模式、人才培养方法及管理等方面与发达国家的大学实现了对接。山东科技大学与澳大利亚塔斯玛尼亚大学合作举办了电气工程及其自动化专业和通信工程专业两个本科层次的中外合作办学项目,通过中澳双方共同制定培养方案和课程体系,共同承担教学和管理,以及采取专业化与职业素质培养相结合的方式,构建起了具有特色的人才培养模式。
Sino-foreign cooperation programs play a vital role in possessing experience from the universities in advanced countries in school-running philosophy and system,talent training models and channels.Shandong University of Science and Technology and the University of Tasmania opened the cooperative program in undergraduate students' cultivation in the major of Electrical Engineering and Automation and Communication Engineering.In this cooperative program,the two universities formulate training schemes and curriculum systems together and share responsibilities of teaching and management.They also combine the professionalization and the cultivation of professional qualities to construct particular talent training.
