阻燃纤维束及面料的阻燃性能测试方法相关性研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用阻燃涤纶、间位芳纶、高强阻燃维纶、腈氯纶、羊毛和阻燃粘胶等纤维,制备多元混配纤维束试样及其面料.通过快速测试方法,初步判断多元混配纤维束的燃烧性能,使用垂直燃烧法和锥形量热仪法测试相应面料的燃烧性能,并使用拟合方法对数据进行处理.结果表明,纤维束快速测试方法的燃烧持续时间与垂直燃烧法的续燃时间和锥形量热仪法的总释放热呈线性相关,相关系数分别为0.84和0.96,具有高度相关性. In this paper,flame-retardant fiber bundles and fabrics were prepared from blending of flame-retardant polyester,aramid,high-strength flame-retardant polyvinyl alcohol,AN-VDC copolymer,wool and flame-retardant viscose fibers. Flame-retardant properties of the fiber bundles were tested by rapid combustion method. The flame-retardant properties of the fabrics were tested by vertical combustion and cone calorimeter methods. The flame-retardant properties of the fabrics were then correlated with that of the fiber bundles via regression of the experimental data. It was found that the duration of combustion observed in the vertical combustion test and the total heat release observed in the cone calorimeter of the fabrics are linearly correlated to the duration of combustion of the fiber bundles with a correlation coefficient of 0. 84 and 0. 96 respectively.
