波轮洗涤参数对棉衬衫洗净率及平整度的影响

Effect of the Parameters of Top Loading Washer on Washing Efficiency and Smoothness of Cotton Shirts

针对纯棉衬衫经波轮洗衣机洗后易产生褶皱的问题,对波轮洗衣机的洗涤转速、洗涤时间、漂洗转速和脱水转速4个洗涤参数进行正交试验设计,洗涤薄型棉衬衫并测试其洗净率及洗后外观平整度.结果表明:洗涤转速对洗净率影响较大,二者呈正相关关系;脱水转速对外观平整度的影响最大,二者呈负相关关系.当洗涤转速为60 Hz、漂洗转速为45 Hz、洗涤时间为20 min、脱水转速为30 Hz时,洗净率及衣物洗后平整度均较好.

Clothes crease dramatically after washing by top loading washing machine. The effect of the parameters of washing using top loading washer on washing efficiency and smoothness of 100%cotton thin shirts has been investigated based on an orthogonal experimental design consisting of four parameters,i. e. rotational speed of washing,time of washing,rotational speed of rinsing and rotational speed of dewater,at three levels. The results showed that the cleaning rate was significantly associated to the rotational speed of washing,increasing the rotational speed of washing resulted in an increase of the cleaning rate. The smoothness was significantly associated to the rotational speed of dewater,increasing the rotational speed of dewater resulted in deteriorate of smoothness. Adjusting the parameters of washing machine to appropriate levels will improve the cleaning rate and the smoothness. The optimal parameters for washing the 100% cotton thin shirts are as following： rotational speed of washing and rinsing is 60 Hz,time of washing is 20 min,rotational speed of dewater is 30 Hz.
