恶性肿瘤病人PICC日常管理的知信行调查分析

Survey and analysis of KAP of patients with malignant tumor on PICC daily management

[目的]了解南宁市某2所医院恶性肿瘤病人经外周静脉穿刺置入中心静脉导管(PICC)日常管理的知信行现状。[方法]采用自行设计的评估调查表,对152名肿瘤病人进行PICC日常管理的知信行问卷调查。[结果]肿瘤病人PICC日常管理知识得分为32.61分±3.80分,态度得分为28.11分±3.18分,行为得分为44.31分±3.98分,知识、态度及行为之间两两正相关(P<0.05),知信行总得分的主要影响因素有留置时间、文化程度、居住地以及年龄(P<0.05)。[结论]恶性肿瘤病人日常管理的知信行水平有待提高,护理人员需要重视知信行健康教育模式及实施因材施教。

Objective：To know about the KAP status quo of malignant tumor patients on the daily management of peripherally inserted central catheter（PICC）in 2 hospitals in Nanning city. Methods： A total of 152 tumor patients were given questionnaire on KAP on daily management of PICC by using self - designed assessment ques- tionnaire. Results. PICC daily management knowledge score of tumor patient was 32.61 ± 3.80, attitude score was 28.11 ± 3. 18, behavior score was 44. 31 ± 3. 98, and there was positive two- two correlation between knowledge,attitude and behavior of （P〈0.05） ,the main influencing factors of total KAP score were indwelling time,culture degree,place of residence and age （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Nursing personnel need to pay attention to the KAP health education mode and implement individualized education.
