综述有关声门下吸引方法及吸引效果的研究现状,指出在选择声门下吸引方式时应综合分析、因地制宜、权衡利弊,采用对病人有效并且不良反应小的方法,在减少VAP发生的同时将其对病人的损伤最小化。

It pointed out that when choosing subglottie suction way, comprehensive analysis, adjust measures to local conditions should be carried out and to weigh the pros and cons. And the method should be adopted that is effective and with less adverse reactions for patients,while decreasing the occurrence of VAP to minimize the damage of patients.
