本文针对电镀技术在小家电产品塑料件上的应用进行研究,并依据GB 4706.1-2005标准对常见家电产品中塑料件电镀金属层导致的安规检测不合格情况进行分析,旨在对家电产品中电镀技术的改进提供借鉴和帮助。

This paper studies the application of electroplating technique on the plastic parts of small household appliances. According to the standard GB 4706.1-2005, it analyzes the unqualified situations of quality safety test caused by plated metal layer of plastic parts of the common small household appliances. It aims to provide reference for the improvement of the electroplating technology of small household appliances.
