护理临终肿瘤患者护士的负性情绪干预

Intervention on negative feelings of nurses caring terminal cancer patients

目的探讨认知行为疗法对护理临终肿瘤患者护士负性情绪的影响。方法将28名护理临终肿瘤患者护士分为CBT组和对照组,各14例。对照组给予一般支持性心理护理,CBT组在对照组基础上采用认知行为疗法干预,均干预13周。干预前后对两组护士采用症状自评量表(SCL-90),焦虑自评量表(SAS),抑郁自评量表(SDS)和匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)进行测评。结果干预前,两组SCL-90、SAS、SDS及PSQI评分比较,差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05);干预后,两组SCL-90、SAS、SDS及PSQI评分均有所下降,CBT组四个方面评分显著低于干预前,除PSQI外,其他3项评分显著优于对照组干预后(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论采用认知行为疗法对护理临终肿瘤患者护士进行心理干预,可帮助其解决工作中出现的情绪和行为上的负性感受,培养个体正确和良好的应对方式,缓解工作中的焦虑、抑郁情绪,改善睡眠质量。

Objective To explore the influence of cognitive behavioral therapy（CBT）on negative feelings of nurses caring terminal cancer patients.Methods A total of 28 nurses caring terminal cancer patients were divided into a CBT group a control group,each of 14 nurses.The control group was given general supportive psychological nursing,while the CBT group was additionally given CBT intervention,lasting 13 weeks.All nurses in the two groups were evaluated using Symptom Check List-90（SCL-90）,self-rating Anxiety Scale（SAS）,Self-rating Depression Scale（SDS）and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index（PSQI）before and after the intervention.Results There was no significant difference in SCL-90,SAS,SDS and PSQI scores between the two groups before the intervention（P〈0.05 for all）.After the intervention,the four scores of the two groups were all lower than before,and the scores of SCL-90,SAS and SDS in the CBD group were significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）.Conclusion CBT can help nurses caring terminal cancer patients to get rid of the negative emotions and behaviors at work,cultivate correct coping styles to alleviate anxiety and depression and improve the quality of sleeping.
