摘要
目的评价脑卒中患者进食方面的相关体验。方法计算机检索Cochrane图书馆、JBI循证护理中心图书馆、Medline、OVID、EMbase、Web of Knowledge、Pubmed、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、中国知网(CNKI)数据库、万方数据库、维普数据库中关于脑卒中患者进食体验的文献。由2名研究人员对文献质量进行严格评价并提取相关资料。结果共纳入6篇文献,从患者的角度描述了脑卒中后不同时期的进食体验。通过Meta分析得出心理影响和重建正常的进食方式2个结果。结论脑卒中患者进食障碍对其产生不良心理影响,患者希望重建正常的进食方式。应建立多专业学科的团队,促进患者在进食方面的独立性、增强患者和家庭以及社会的接触,并为患者制定个性化的康复目标,以提高患者进食质量。
Objective To evaluate experience of eating difficulties in stroke patients.Methods Such databases as the Cochrane library,Joanna Briggs Institute Library,Medline,OVID,EMbase,Web of Knowledge,Pubmed,CBM,CNKI,Wanfang Data-base and Vip Data-base were searched to collect the literature about eating difficulties in stroke patients.The quality of the literature was strictly appraised and data were extracted by two reviewers independently.Results Six studies involving the eating experience of stroke patients from the patients′view were included.Meta analysis resulted in two outcomes concerning psychological influences and reconstruction of the normal eating way.Conclusion The adverse psychological influences were developed by eating difficulties,and the stroke patients wish to reconstruct of the normal eating way.A multidisciplinary team should be established to help patients to improve their independence in feeding,promote contact between their families and society,as well as develop the individualized goals of rehabilitation for patients.
