在文化视阈中,全球城市交往的规律有:保持城市的文化特性,构成文化交流的互动互惠,注重文化交流的宽容合作。近年来,上海在文化建设与发展方面,获得了长足的进步与丰硕的成就,但在文化平台、品牌产品、交往方式、文化人才等方面,还存在着一些缺憾和差距。上海应该搭建更多的文化平台、打造创新的品牌产品、拓展多元的交往方式、集聚众多的文化人才,以提升上海跨文化交往的能力。

There are some rules in the exchanges of global cities from culture perspective： to maintain the cultural identity of the city, to constitute reciprocal cultural interaction and to focus on tolerance and cooperation in cultural exchanges. In recent years, although Shanghai has achieved great progress in culture construction and development, Shanghai still needs to work on aspects such as culture platforms, brand products, communication methods, culture and human resources.
