哈密南—郑州特高压直流输电工程晶闸管阀设计与试验 被引量:8

Design and Test of Thyristor Valve for Southern Hami-Zhengzhou ±800kV/5000A UHVDC Transmission Project

摘要 为追求更高的传输效率,特高压直流输电技术在我国长距离传输清洁能源方面的作用日益显著,哈密南—郑州±800 k V/5 000 A特高压直流输电工程的额定容量为8 000 M W,是目前世界上已投运的容量最大的特高压直流输电工程之一。换流阀作为其关键设备,在电能的交直流转换中至关重要,因此,在投运前必须进行仔细设计和严格试验,以确保其安全可靠运行。详细介绍了哈密南—郑州特高压直流输电工程采用的A5000型换流阀的设计与型式试验,包括电气回路、散热系统、机械结构的设计,试验电路以及试验的实施。试验结果表明所有的试验项目满足IEC 60700-1标准和工程技术规范的要求,验证了A5000换流阀应用于该工程的合理性。 The function of UHVDC transmission technology is increasingly important in China for transmitting clean energy over long distance w ith improved transmission efficiency. So far,the new ly built Southern Hami- Zhengzhou ±800k V /5000 A UHVDC project,w ith a nominal capacity of 8000 M W,is one of the largest projects among the operating UHVDC transmission projects in the w orld. As the key equipment in UHVDC project,converter valve is essential in the AC / DC conversion of electricity. Therefore,converter valve must be carefully designed and strictly tested before putting into service,in order to ensure its safe and stable operation. This paper introduced the design and type tests of the A5000 type converter valve used in the Southern Hami- Zhengzhou UHVDC project in detail,including electrical circuit,the design of cooling system and mechanical structure,test circuit and test implementation. The test results show that all test items are in accordance w ith IEC60700- 1 standard and project technical specifications,w hich can verify the rationality of A5000 converter valve applied in this engineering.
