绵羊猝狙的病原分离与鉴定

Isolation and identification of struck pathogen on sheep in gangcha County of Qinghai Province

摘要 2013年4~6月,青海省刚察县某地区藏系绵羊发生猝死,病死羊经剖检、细菌分离培养、肠内容物毒素检查、小白鼠毒力实验、毒素毒力测定、毒素中和试验、多重PCR检测,证实引起羊只死亡的病原为C型产气荚膜梭菌,测得致病力较强的两株菌毒价分别大于100半数致死量(MLD)及500 MLD。 The acute death on Tibet-sheep broke out in a region of Gangcha county of Qinghai Province between april and- June in 2013. The Identification experiments were carried out including isolation via cultivation of bacteria, detection of its toxins in intestinal contents, mouse virulence test, determination of bacterial toxins virulence, toxin neutralization test and multiplex PCR. The results showed that the isolated pathogen was Clostridium perfringens type C, the two strains of bactriaes isolated, which have more powerful virulence, and they were greater than 100 mouse median lethal dose(MLD) and 500 MLD on toxin of C. perfringens type C , respectively.
