增温施氮素对三江源区高寒草甸五种植物生长影响的初步研究 被引量:3

摘要 通过在野外条件下对三江源区高寒草甸5种植物进行模拟增温和氮素添加试验,以了解模拟增温和氮素添加对五种植物生长的影响。结果表明,小嵩草、垂穗披碱草、美丽凤毛菊高度均为增温施氮处理最高,而麻花艽增温不施氮处理最高、株芽蓼不增温施氮处理最高;美丽风毛菊叶片数不增温施氮处理最高,麻花艽不增温施氮处理显著高于增温施氮和增温不施氮处理(P<0.05),株芽蓼不增温不施氮处理显著高于其他处理(P<0.05);风毛菊叶长增温施氮处理最高,且显著高于不增温不施氮处理(P<0.05),麻花艽不增温施氮处理最高,株芽蓼叶长各处理之间均无显著差异(P>0.05);风毛菊叶宽幅增温施氮处理最高,且显著高于不增温不施氮处理(P<0.05),麻花艽不增温不施氮处理最高,株芽蓼叶宽幅各处理之间均无显著差异(P>0.05)。总的来看,增温施氮对不同植物影响差异较大。 The simulated warming and applying nitrogen test in the field of Alpine meadow area in Sanjiangyuan region were conducted for understanding influence of simulated warming and applying nitrogen on growth of five kinds of plants.The results showed that the of height of Kobresia pygmaea, Elymus nutans,Saussureapulchra reach highest under simulated warming and applying nitrogen ,but the height of Gentiana straminea Maxim. is the highest under warming treatment and without applying nitrogen. Polygonum viviparum is the highest under applying nitrogen treatment and without simulated warming. Leaf number of Saussureapulchra is most under applying nitrogen treatment without simulated warming. The height of Gentiana straminea Maxim. under nitrogen treatment and without simulated warming is significantly higher than that of Gentiana straminea Maxim under the wanning and applying nitrogen and warming treatments without applying nitrogen (P〈0.05). The height of Polygonum viviparum in CK treatment is significantly higher than other treatments (P〈0.05).The leaf length of Saussureapulchra under warming and nitrogen treatment is significantly higher than under CK (P〈0.05). The height of Gentia-na straminea Maxi under nitrogen treatment is the highest. The leaf length of Polygonum viviparmn have no difference under each treatment t (P〉0.05). The leaf wide of Saussureapulehra under warming and nitrogen treatment is significantly higher than under CK (P〈0.05).Gentiana straminea Maxim. under CK treatment is the highest, Polygonum viviparum have no difference significant between each treatment (P〉0.05) In general, simulated warming and applying nitrogen have differ rent impact on different plants.
