摘要
为确定发病鸭场鸭的死亡病因并为其制定合理的控制措施,本研究对疑似鸭大肠杆菌感染鸭场的18份病料进行了大肠杆菌的分离鉴定和耐药性分析,经细菌分离培养、形态学观察、生化试验、致病性试验等分离鉴定出16株致病性大肠杆菌,药敏试验结果表明16株鸭大肠杆菌对17种抗生素均有不同程度的耐药,较为敏感的抗生素是头孢曲松、阿米卡星、头孢哌酮、头孢噻肟四种药物。本研究为了解掌握发病鸭场大肠杆菌病的发生与流行情况奠定了基础,为发病鸭场防控措施的制定提供了参考依据。
To determine the death causes of young duck in duck fanning and formulate rational control measures, 18 epi- demic materials infected suspected e. coli in duck fanning are analyzed to implement the separation and identification of e. coli and drug resistance analyze. 16 strains of pathogenic e. coli has been isolated and identified by the bacteria cultivation, mor- phology observation, biochemical test and pathogenic test. The drug susceptibility test results showed that 16 strains of e. coli of duck have different levels of drug resistance to 17 antibiotics, sensitive antibiotics is ceftrlaxone, amikacin, ccfoperazonc, cefo- taxime. This study laid a foundation for the understanding occurrence and prevalence of escherichia coli disease in pathogenesis duck farming and establishment of prevention and control measures.
