Knitting Practice of Pure Cotton Dyed Yarn Knitted Fabric

采用9.5 tex×2的纯棉精梳白色与黑色股线,在单面大圆机上开发一款新型提花针织面料。详细介绍面料编织工艺,包括设备参数、织针排列、三角排列、穿纱方式,生产中的注意事项等,以及坯布在烧毛和丝光过程中的工艺要点和参数设置。给出毛坯布、光坯布参数。该面料外观新颖、手感柔软、立体感强、服用性能优良,是制作高档色织T恤、时装的理想面料。

The paper develops a new kind of jacquard knitted fabrics on single circular knitting machine by us- ing 9.5 texx2 pure cotton combed and folded yarn with two colors, white and black. It introduces in detail the knitting technology including equipment parameters, needle arrangement, cam arrangement and threading ways and the precautions during knitting process, as well as the key points and parameter setting of singeing and mercerizing. In addition, the basic technical parameters of blank and gray fabrics are given. The results show that this kind of new jacquard fabric presents innovative design, smooth feel, a three-dimensional sense and excellent wearing prop- erties, which are the ideal materials for making high-grade dyed yarn T-shirts and fashion clothing.
