摘要
采用工作场所欺负问卷、职业倦怠量表和工作满意度量表对2013年贵州省参加国培计划之美术、科学、音乐、体育和综合实践等紧缺薄弱学科的349名中小学教师进行问卷调查。结果显示:中小学紧缺薄弱学科教师遭受的场所欺负主要是超时工作、付出的努力被忽视、分配繁重的工作量、不能享受应得的权利等;工作场所欺负在工作满意度和职业倦怠之间起显著的调节作用。
To investigate how much workplace bullying take place among shortage subject teachers in primary and secondary schools, as well as relationships with job satisfaction and burnout, this study used a convenience way to choose samples. 349 primary and secondary school teachers who participate in the national training program of Guizhou Province shortage weak discipline art, science, music and practice in 2013 answer questionnaire.
