运动与饮食干预对超重女大学生身体形态和糖脂代谢的影响 被引量:3

摘要 通过对超重女大学生进行为期30d的中小强度、长时间有氧运动和低脂低热的饮食干预,比较干预前后超重女大学生身体形态指标和糖脂代谢相关血液生化指标的变化。结果显示:超重女大学生体重、BMI指数、体脂率、腰围、臀围、腰臀比等身体形态指标和总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白、血清胰岛素等血液生化指标均明显改善(P<0.05)。结论:30d有氧运动和低脂低热饮食干预能够有效促进超重女大学生身体形态和糖脂代谢的有效改善。 Through a period of 30 days' small and medium intensity, long time aerobic exercise and low-fat, low calorie diet intervention on overweight female college students, this paper makes a comparison between the changes of overweight female college students' body shape and blood biochemical indexes related to glucolipid metabolism before and after the intervention. The results show: overweight female college students' body shape indexes such as body weight, BMI index, percentage of body fat, waist circumference, hip circumference, waist to hip ratio and blood biochemical indexes such as total cholesterol, high density lipoprotein, serum insulin and glucolipid metabolism have significantly improved (P 〈0. 05 ). Conclusion: 30 days' aerobic exercise and low-fat, low calorie diet intervention can effectively improve the body shaping and g!ucolipid metabolism of overweight female college students.
