X射线数字成像技术在长输管道中的应用

Application of X-ray Digital Imaging Technology in Long Distance Pipeline

针对目前长输管道X射线胶片成像技术劳动强度大、效率低、成本高的缺点,开展了X射线数字成像技术的研究,通过研究以及现场试验确定了该技术在长输管道中应用的可行性。文中通过对该技术原理、现行标准以及现场工程实践应用的分析,表明X射线数字成像技术在长输管道环焊缝检测中结果直观、效率高、成本低。

In view of the problems of high labour intensity, low efficency and high cost of the X - ray digital imaging technol- ogy in long distance pipeline, the research of X - ray digital imaging technology was conducted. The practicality of the technology used in long distance pipeline was ensured by research and experiment. This paper analyzed the technology principle, the current standards and the application of engineering practice, confirmed the application feasibility of X - ray digital imaging technology in long distance pipeline girth weld inspection and high efficiency and low cost of the technology.
