摘要
采用气固反应法制备出α″-Fe16N2相含量较高的块状铁基磁性材料,对材料的结构和磁性能进行了研究.采用X射线衍射、横截面显微组织观察及振动磁强计作为主要检测手段,检测不同处理方法所获得的样品中α″-Fe16N2相的含量、相变情况及磁性能.测试结果表明,气固反应渗氮及退火、淬火、回火这一过程中会获得α″-Fe16N2相较高的铁基磁性材料.当回火温度为150℃、时间为4.5 h时,试样中α″-Fe16N2相的质量分数最大,达到50.57%,其饱和磁极化强度高达223.6 A·m2/kg,明显优于α-Fe(N)相和γ'-Fe4N相.
Bulk iron-based magnetic materials containing high content of α″-Fe16N phase were prepared by gas-solid reaction. The content of α″-Fe16N phases, phase transformation and magnetic properties in each sample with different annealing parameters were measured by XRD, optical microscope and vibration magnetometer. The result shows that the samples, prepared by gas-solid reaction nitriding, homogenizing, quenching and tempering, contain high content of α″-Fe16N phase. When the tempering temperature is 150 ℃ and the time is 4.5 h, the content of α″-Fe16N phase is highest, reaching 50.57 wt %. The saturated magnetic pole strength is 223.6 A.m2/kg, which is better significantly than the ct-Fe (N) phase and theα″-Fe16N phase.
