摘要
高校辅导员是高校思想政治教育的重要力量,构建一支结构合理、政治素质高、业务能力强的辅导员队伍,是保证辅导员队伍高效且可持续发展的关键。而辅导员选聘机制是否科学则是能否将高素质人员选聘到高校辅导员队伍中来的关键。目前,人职匹配理论作为人才测评的一项新技术的基础,为高校辅导员的选聘提供了理论和方法的指导。在高校辅导员选聘过程中应用人职匹配理论能够把应聘人员的内在品质、特性以及能力素质较完整地反映出来,从而避免了在辅导员选聘中的经验性和主观意识,使选聘工作更加科学有效,促进辅导员队伍建设。
College counselors are an important force in the ideological and political education. It is the key to ensure the efficient and sustainable development of counselor team that we establish a counselor team which has reasonable structure,high political quality and professional abilities. However,whether the selection mechanism is scientific is the key to select high- quality personnel. At present,people- job matching theory as the basis for a new technology talent assessment provides the theoretical and methodological guidance for college counselors selection. Application of People- job Matching Theory can reflect the inherent quality,character and ability quality comprehensively of personnel in the college counselors hiring process. Thus,this can avoid empirical and subjective consciousness in the counselor selection,ensure the more scientific and effective recruiting work,and promote the counselor team construction.
