CyclinD1在口腔鳞状细胞癌中表达及其意义的Meta分析

Meta-analysis of expression and clinical significance of cyclinD1 in oral squamous cell carcinoma

目的探讨细胞周期蛋白D1（CyclinD1）在口腔鳞状细胞癌（OSCC）组织中的表达及其与临床病理指标之间的关系。方法计算机检索Cochrane Library、Embase、PubMed、CNKI、VIP、万方、CBM等数据库,按照纳入与排除标准选择研究文献,应用Meta分析RevMan5.0.1软件对各研究原始数据进行统计分析,计算合并OR值及95%CI。结果最终进入Meta分析的文献共有31篇,其中OSCC组1 604例,对照组864例（包括正常口腔黏膜对照452例和癌前病变对照412例）;Meta分析结果：合并OR值为11.92,95%CI为6.71~21.18;CyclinD1与OSCC分化程度、淋巴结转移、临床分期呈正相关（P〈0.05）,而与年龄及性别无相关性（P〉0.05）。结论 CyclinD1的过表达与OSCC的发生、发展密切相关,检测CyclinD1有助于OSCC的早期诊断、治疗和判断预后。

Objective To investigate the expressions and significance of cyclinD1 in oral squamous cell carcinoma（OSCC）.Methods The published studies were searched in the Cochrane Library,Embase,PubMed,CNKI,VIP,Wanfang and CBM databases,the quality of the included studies was assessed.Revman5.0.1software was adopted to test for heterogeneity of the selected research literature and analyze the correlation of cyclinD1 and OSCC by calculating ORand 95%CI.Results A total of 31case-control studies were included in the study,the case group（OSCC group）was 1 604 cases and the control group was 864cases（including normal oral mucosa tissue 452 cases and precancerous lesions 412cases）.The Meta analysis of results showed that the expression of CyclinD1 in oral squamous cell carcinoma was significantly higher than normal tissue[OR（95%CI）at 11.92（6.71-21.18）].CyclinD1 was related to differentiated degree,lymph node metastasis and clinical stage of OSCC positively（P〈0.05）,but was not related to age and gender（P〉0.05）.Conclusion According to the current relevant research,the over expression of cyclinD1 is closely related to occurrence and development of OSCC,which might be valuable for the early diagnosis,treatment,and prognosis of OSCC.
