无创冠状动脉血流储备分数的研究进展

摘要 血流储备分数(FFR)定义为冠状动脉达到最大充血状态时狭窄远端心肌血流量和该冠状动脉无狭窄病变时理论获得的最大血流量之比。自1986年,Puel和Sigwart完成了第1例冠状动脉支架植入术。此后经皮冠状动脉介入诊疗技术(PCI)突飞猛进,之后大量临床实践和大型临床试验证明[1],
