工作—家庭关系作用机制的理论基础探讨——基于整体性视角 被引量:1

摘要 工作和家庭是相互作用的整体,之间存在着积极和消极两方面的影响。分割、补偿、溢出、资源耗竭、同余性和工作—家庭冲突是工作和家庭之间的连接机制,在此基础上,研究者提出多角色模型、工作资源—要求模型和工作—家庭增益机制模型等理论模型来解释其作用过程和机制。
