摘要在世界贸易蓬勃发展、全球运输需求旺盛发展的今天,国际航运对气候变化的影响成为非常重要的议题。在跨境电子商务蓬勃发展及国际运输方式多元化发展的今天,国际贸易特别是国际航运怎样积极应对气候变化的策略及发展,成为本文论述的核心。
