甲状腺单发良恶性结节的CT表现

CT Manifestations of the Single Benign and Malignant Thyroid Nodules

目的:探讨甲状腺单发良恶性结节的CT表现特征及其鉴别点。方法:收集甲状腺单发结节122例,对其发病年龄、性别及CT表现进行统计学分析。结果:甲状腺良恶性结节的大小、囊变、边界差别没有统计学意义,甲状腺良恶性结节的形态、节段性缺损、钙化、实性部分强化及颈部淋巴结增大差别有统计学意义。结论:CT增强扫描在甲状腺良恶性结节的鉴别诊断中发挥重要作用。

Objective：To explore the characteristics of CT manifestations of single benign and malignant thyroid nodules and identify points .Method：122 cases of collecting single-shot thyroid nodules , the onset age, gender, and CT manifestations were statistically analyzed .Result： Benign and malignant thyroid nod-ules, the size of the sac was no statistically significant change , the difference of the boundary , the morpholo-gy of benign and malignant thyroid nodules , segmental defect , calcification , solid partial reinforcement and neck lymph node increases was statistically significant .Conclusion：CT enhancement scanning in the differ-ential diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules play an important role .
