超声引导下注射聚桂醇注射液及无水酒精治疗单纯性肾囊肿临床疗效比较

Comparison of Anhydrous Alcohol and Lauromacrogol Injection Guided by Ultrasound for the Treatment of Simple Renal Cysts

目的:对比超声引导下聚桂醇注射及无水酒精注射硬化治疗单纯性肾囊肿的临床效果。方法:98例单纯性肾囊肿患者随机分为两组,分别给予超声引导下聚桂醇或无水酒精注射硬化治疗,对比两组患者临床效果及不良反应。结果:两组患者治愈率(89.8%vs85.7%)与有效率(95.9%vs95.9%)比较均无统计学差异(P>0.05);无水酒精组患者患侧不适及醉酒反应发生率均显著高于聚桂醇组(P<0.01),不良反应发生率显著高于聚桂醇组(P<0.01)。结论:超声引导下聚桂醇或无水酒精注射治疗单纯性肾囊肿疗效大致相当,但聚桂醇具有良好来源,作用更温和,操作更简便,在硬化剂的选择中,应优先考虑聚桂醇。

Objective：To contrast the curative effect of anhydrous alcohol and lauromacrogol injection guided by ultrasound for the treatment of simple renal cysts .Method： 98 patients with simple renal cysts were randomly divided into two groups , and treated with anhydrous alcohol （ anhydrous alcohol group ） or lauromacrogol （ lauromacrogol group ） injection guided by ultrasound , then the curative effects and adverse reaction were contrasted between the two groups .Result： There was no significantly difference in the cure rate（89.8%vs 85.7%） and effective rate（95.9%vs 95.9%）（ P〉0.05）; The incidence of ipsilateral dis-comfort and drunkenness reaction , and the adverse reaction rate in the anhydrous alcohol group were signifi-cantly higher than the lauromacrogol group （P〈0.01）.Conclusion： Ultrasound guided lauromacrogol or an-hydrous alcohol injection has roughly equal curative effect in the treatment of simple renal cysts , but lauro-macrogol has good sources , and is more gentle , more convenient operation , so in the hardening agent selec-tion, We should give priority to lauromacrogol .
