剖宫产压疮临床护理防范对策探讨

The Causes and the Nursing Prevention for Pressure Ulcers of Post-cesarean Section

目的:探讨剖宫产术后发生压疮相关临床危险因素。方法:回顾性采集2012年1月至2014年1月在首都医科大学附属北京妇产医院行剖宫产术术后发生压疮的4例患者的相关临床资料,详细分析患者临床资料。结果:4例发生压疮患者的手术时间为(4.75±2.22)h,均发生产后出血(100%),围手术期血红蛋白降低浓度为(43.50±3.11)g/L,围手术期血浆白蛋白降低浓度为(10.87±5.63)g/L。结论:临床工作中应视卧床时间较长、BMI较低、营养不良、术后应用镇痛泵为压疮的危险因素,对此类患者应积极加强术后预防护理措施。

Objective：To analyse the risk factor of pressure ulcers of post-cesarean section .Method：Retrospectively collected 4 patients suffered from pressure ulcers following cesarean section in our hospital during 2012.1-2014.1.Result：The mean operative time was （4.75±2.22） hours, all the patients were suf-fered with postpartum hemorrhage , the mean perioperative hemoglobin and plasma albumin concentration drop was （43.50±3.11）g/L and （10.87±5.63）g/L respectively.Conclusion：Limited mobility, lower BMI, malnutrition, took analgesia pump postoperatively are the risk factors of pressure ulcer .Nursing preventive measures of pressure ulcers should be given to patients with the above characteristics .
