摘要
介绍了基于STM32为核心的双光束分光光度计控制系统的设计,硬件电路实现信号采集和处理,其主要功能是将光信号转换为模拟电信号并放大,再通过AD转换将采集到的模拟信号转换为数字信号,主芯片STM32F103RBT6对采集到的信号进行分析处理,并控制步进电机来实现光路定位,最后通过终端显示装置输出被测样品的谱图与分析结果。
This article introduces the double beam spectrophotometer analysis and display system based on STM32. The hardware circuits acquire the analog photo signals and then amplify them. The analog signals are converted to digital signal by AD conversion. The chip STM32F103RBT6 analyses the data and controls the four stepper motors. The light path is of samples and the analytic results are displayed controlled by the four stepper motors. At last, the spectra by the scope face.
