摘要
根据超声波发射模块具有灵活性高、速度快和小型化的特点,采用模块化思想设计了一个小型超声相控阵发射单元,可实现超声探头发射稳定的高压脉冲激励信号来产生超声波。采用模块化设计,不仅提高了设计效率,而且也使系统的稳定性得到很大提高。
In order to achieve the characteristics of ultrasonic transmitter module with high flexibility rapidly, high speed and miniaturization, a small ultrasound phased array transmitter unit was built with the idea of modularization design, which can achieve a stable ultrasonic probe emitting high-voltage pulse excitation signal for generating ultrasonic. The use of modular design, not only improves the design efficiency, but also makes the system stability greatly improved.
