摘要
以Cu2+与1-(2-吡啶偶氮)-2-萘酚(PAN)的显色反应为基础,在中速定性滤纸上制备了适于水溶液中Cu2+快速检测的试纸条。试纸颜色随样品中Cu2+浓度的增加从黄变化到橙红再到紫色。考察了试纸制备过程中增溶剂类型、p H、显色剂浓度、反应时间等影响检测灵敏度的因素。优化条件下,该试纸可实现模拟水体中Cu2+的半定量测定。
A semi- quantitative test paper was prepared with moderate speed qualitative filter paper as reagent carrier for the fast determination of Cu2 +in aqueous solution based on the color reaction of Cu^2 +and 1-( 2- pyridylazo)- 2- naphthol( PAN). The paper changed from yellow to orange red and then purple with the increase of Cu^2 +concentration. The prepared parameters which influenced determination sensitivity such as the kind of surfactant,p H,the concentration of chromogenic agent and test time,etc.,were investigated. Under the optimal conditions,a semi-quantitative and rapid determination of Cu2 +in aqueous samples could be performed.
