国内外合成橡胶CIIR1066胶性能研究

Study of the Properties of Foreign and Domestic CIIR1066

为了研究国内和国外生产的氯化丁基胶CIIR1066的差异性和互换适用性,我们对国内(国内某公司)和国外(埃克森美孚公司)不同厂家生产的氯化丁基胶进行了对比试验,即使用不同厂家氯化丁基胶制作成气密层胶料并对其进行各种测试。通过不同厂家氯化丁基胶及其气密层胶料的实验室小配合试验、车间大车试验和成品轮胎试验。结果表明,国内外不同厂家的氯化丁基橡胶所制成的气密层胶料和成品轮胎的各项性能相近,可以互换替代使用。

In order to research the difference and replacement of CIIR1066 made in home and abroad,a comparison test of CIIR1066 made by different companies（ home maker and abroad maker Exxon Mobil） was worked out. Inner liner compound made by CIIR1066,the compound in laboratory and plant was tested. Tire made by the test compound and the tire indoor and outdoor was tested. Results showed that the compound of CIIR made by domestic and foreign manufacturers had the similar performance,this indicated that these two CIIR could be replaced each other.
