摘要 卡尔多炉处理铜阳极泥提取稀贵金属工艺中常规采用文丘里洗涤回收烟气中的硒,文丘里洗涤存在系统阻力大,对烟气量波动适应性小及随原料中硒含量波动吸收率下降等问题。针对文丘里系统存在的问题,采用两级湍冲洗涤器替代原有"文丘里—气液分离器"洗涤系统,并完善循环洗涤液系统。生产实践表明,在实施改造后,大大减小了烟气回收系统阻力,提升了烟气处理能力,提高了硒的回收率,取得了显著的节能效果和经济效益。 During the extraction of precious metal from copper anode slime with Kaldo Furnace, the conventional method was to use Venturi Scrubber to wash and recycle Selenium of flue gas, which had many shortcomings, such as high pressure drop of system, low adaptability of gas flow, low rate of absorption, etc. Given these shortcomings of venturi system, it was replaced by two- stage turbulent scrubber when washing and recycling Selenium of flue gas, and its circulation washing system was improved. The practical applications showed that after the replacement and the improvement, the pressure drop of the recycling system had reduced, the ability of flue gas treatment was enhanced, and the recycling rate of Selenium was increased. Therefore, remarkable energy-saving and economic effects were obtained.
