基于“教学做”一体化的化工高技能人才培养模式初探

An Exploration on Teaching-Learning-Doing Integration Training Mode of Chemical High-skilled Talent

高技能人才是化工产业发展及其核心竞争力的保证。高技能人才短缺问题已成为当代中国亟待解决的热点问题。高等职业院校作为培养高技能人才的摇篮,担负着培养高技能人才的重任。本文着重分析了高技能人才培养的必要性,高职院校人才培养模式的现状,探索"教学做"一体化人才培养模式,改革现有职业教育模式,培养化工类高技能人才。

High- skilled talent ensured the development and core competence of chemical industry. Nowadays the shortage problem of high- skilled talent has been a hotspot problem and is urgent to solve in China. Vocational and technical colleges have important task of training high- skilled talent. The necessity and causes of high- skilled talent were analyzed,and the Teaching- Learning- Doing integration training mode was explored to reform the existing vocational education model to train High- skilled talent.
