摘要
以苯甲醛出发合成2,2-二溴乙烯基苯;此外,从吡啶出发,和羟胺-O-磺酸反应得到碘化-1-氨基吡啶。然后以2,2-二溴乙烯基苯和碘化-1-氨基吡啶作为原料,在乙醇钠的催化作用下,合成了3-溴-2-苯基-1氢-吡唑并[1,5-a]吡啶并加以结构表征;我们对该反应进行了条件筛选,选出最佳条件,产率达到34.6%。
2,2-dibromo (phenyl)ethane was synthesized from benzaldehyde, 1-Aminopyridinium Iodide was derived from Pyridine and hydroxylamine-O-sulfonie acid. With 2,2-dibromo(phenyl) ethane and 1-Aminopyridinium Iodide as raw material, 3- bromo-2-pheny-1H-pyrazolo [ 1,5-a] pyridine in ethanol under the effect of sodium and characterized the structure was synthesized. The condition was selected, of the reaction was screened, the best condition and the yield of product was up to 34. 6%.
